WE ARE ACCEPTING CHEESE CAMP APPLICATIONS FOR ALL 2025 SESSIONS.
We are currently working to confirm both a spring and fall session—one in May, the other in September. Feel free to register you interest in a specific session in the “what do you hope to gain from this experience” question.

This exclusive opportunity includes all meals, lodging, over 12 hours of immersive “201 level” instruction, and a little seasonal outdoor fun. Spots are $650 per person and space is limited.

Join us as we walk through the cheesemaking process from grass to creamery to caves to palate. 'Campers' will enjoy three nights at a historic lake-side camp near Greensboro. In addition to immersive cheese education, there will be opportunities to engage with our team and to enjoy the bucolic splendor that is Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom.

Campers are greeted with a welcome dinner at the Lodge on the first evening, followed by two full days of education split between classroom and observation time. While we can shepherd attendees to and from Greensboro, campers are expected to coordinate travel to and from Vermont.

Who Should Apply?

This intensive experience is designed to accommodate professional cheesemongers (working behind a service counter) who are looking to build in-depth knowledge of the production process. Other types of cheese professionals will be considered as space allows.

We accept applications (below) on a rolling basis. Once your application is approved, we will keep you informed of opportunities to register for upcoming sessions. Note that sessions fill quickly once the process has begun; registrations are accepted in order of receipt.
