When Will My Order Ship?

Orders placed by Midnight on Monday ship the same week to arrive by Friday.

We ship for overnight delivery, most often on Wednesdays; your order should arrive on Thursday.

There are circumstances that may shift our fulfillment schedule—unusual timelines will appear in the shop page banner. If you have concerns about your order’s delivery timeline, we will always try our best to accommodate special handling needs when we can.

Our boxes provide your recipients with all the information they need in order to maximize their enjoyment of your gift. Instructions for unpacking, serving, & storing our cheese are right on the box!

*Especially large “choose your own” orders may ship in more standard insulated packaging. Sending a sympathy gift? Let us know if you’d like us to use more neutral white gift boxes by including your order number in a note to info@jasperhillfarm.com

LOCAL ‘SYLVACURL’
ASPEN WOOD SHAVINGS

The Lovinsky family makes this beautiful, eco-friendly alternative to plastic from local aspen trees right here in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.

These compostable wood shavings comfortably cushion our gift box contents and act as aerated insulation, helping to keep your package cool. We’re thrilled to support this local family-run business.

KEEPING YOUR PERISHABLES PROTECTED & CHILLED

We include ice packs in every perishable shipment before we put each box into an insulated sleeve.

Ice packs sometimes thaw in transit, but there’s no need for concern. Your cheese may be room temperature upon arrival and safe to eat.

Store in the refrigerator to maintain shelf-life. Remove wrapped wedges from the fridge around an hour before service to ‘temper’ and bring forth full flavors. Unwrap just before service to maintain a supple texture.
