Cabot Clothbound Cheddar (8.5-pound quarter wheel or 35-pound whole wheel)
An approachable but complex natural-rind, bandaged cheddar with a crumbly texture and nutty aroma. The flavor is deeply savory and slightly tangy, with caramel sweetness to the finish. This signature American bandaged cheddar is celebrating its 20th year. -
Monti Verdi Lonzino (2x3-ounce package)
Lonzino is a lesser-know cured meat (coming from the loin) that produces a lean and sweet cut—almost like prosciutto. Monti Verdi—a Vermont charcuterie producer that employs old world techniques—leaves a nice layer of fat to add softness and silkiness. A long aging process of over four months allows for a complexity of flavors of this top-quality meat to emerge.Vermont Quince Mustard (9-ounce jar)

Ellie is the third generation to be assisting in her family’s sugaring operation located in Lowell, Vermont. Gravity-fed taps allow sap to flow downhill into their sugarhouse where it is evaporated over a woodfired boiler. Rich, amber, and delicious, Ellie’s syrup features clean maple flavor encased in a mild minerality and supported by a rich sweetness.Pitchfork Pickle Spicy Squickles (16-ounce jar)
