    Squickles are the pickle you didn't know you craved. Garlic and chili flake compliment the sweet crunchiness of butternut squash. They are great as a snack and can be that something extra to swank up your cheese boards or raclette pairings.

    Monti Verdi Lonzino (2x3-ounce package)

    Lonzino is a lesser-know cured meat (coming from the loin) that produces a lean and sweet cut—almost like prosciutto. Monti Verdi—a Vermont charcuterie producer that employs old world techniques—leaves a nice layer of fat to add softness and silkiness. A long aging process of over four months allows for a complexity of flavors of this top-quality meat to emerge.
